Our final proof copy has arrived!

We've reached a big milestone: onward to full production!
We got our hands on the final proof copy of The Ripple Deck late last week. It is SUPER EXCITING to see that the actual object we've poured our hearts into is now fully alive and real!

We made some final tweaks to the box and guidebook designs, and then gave the thumbs up to the printer to proceed forward with the full production.
We expect it will be another ~6 weeks before the decks start shipping out, so please enjoy this quick preview of what's coming soon to a mailbox near you. (And please excuse the one-handed filming that may induce sea-sickness.)
The box comes in right around 1lb and has a beautiful smooth matte finish and a magnetic pull enclosure. We went with a matte finish for the 121-page guidebook and opted for a smoother gloss finish for the cards so that they're easy to spread and handle. The overall box is around 5"x6.5"x1.75".
We'll continue to keep you posted on timelines as we come closer to mailing out your packages. Though your orders are now locked, your addresses should remain changeable on your BackerKit survey until right before we ship out. We'll send an update at that point to give you a final chance to update your address.

We can't thank you enough for your support for The Ripple Deck.
It's time to celebrate!
The idea for this project was just a spark of a thing back in March. The process of making that idea into a real thing has taken a lot of energy, time, collaboration, and support from all of you and the many wise and supportive creators who've come before us.
When we first started making the deck, we dreamed to share it with twenty friends and colleagues. So to have raised the funds to do a real print run for over 230 people is quite incredible and humbling. We hope that the success of this campaign inspires within you the Powers of Expression and Generativity to bring more of your own creative projects into the world.
We're super excited to get The Ripple Deck into your hands ASAP.
Up next for us: we're designing the beautiful final packaging for the cards and guidebook, and then we'll send the order to press! Please expect updates: we'll keep you posted on each step of the process.
